The clay court season gets underway this season two ATP 250 events and two WTA International events on three different continents as players begin to get their clay court games in form leading up to the French Open.
The defending champions are:
Houston: Lleyton Hewitt
Casablanca: Juan Carlos Ferrero
Ponte Vedra Beach (PVB): Caroline Wozniacki
Marbella: Jelena Jankovic
The other finalists were:
Houston: Wayne Odesnik
Casablanca: Florent Serra

Marbella: Carla Suarez Navarro
The semifinalists were Korolev and Phau (Houston), Andreev and Montanes (Casablanca), Petrova and Vesnina (PVB), Cirstea and Medina Garrigues (Marbella).
The quarterfinalists included Canas, Garcia-Lopez, Isner, and Haas (Houston); Gabashvili, Gicquel, Gil, and Hanescu (Casablanca); A.Bondarenko, Cibulkova, Hantuchova, and Paszek (PVB); and Errani, Kanepi, Vinci, and Zakopalova (Marbella).
The results this week probably won't be as details as the Indian Wells and Miami events, but I will provide periodic updates and keep my eye on these players and on the seeds. Here are your seeds for the events with their finishes last year if at least a quarterfinal:
