It is Troicki's first career title.
World no. 10 Victoria Azarenka (BLR) def. world no. 24 Maria Kirilenko (RUS) 6-3, 6-4
It is Vika's 5th career title and 2nd of 2010.
Stockholm, Sweden
World no. 2 Roger Federer (SUI) def. world no. 47 Florian Meyer (GER) 6-4, 6-3
It is Roger's 64th career title (ties him with Sampras for 4th in the open era) and 3rd of this year.
Luxembourg City, Luxembourg
World no. 45 Roberta Vinci (ITA) def. world no. 44 Julia Goerges (GER) 6-3, 6-4
It is Vinci's third career title.
The WTA championships begin this Tuesday in Doha, Qatar. The participants will be:
Caroline Wozniacki (DEN) - SF last year
Vera Zvonareva (RUS) - 0-1 last year as alternate
Kim Clijsters (BEL)
Francesca Schiavone (ITA)
Samantha Stosur (AUS)
Jelena Jankovic (SRB) - SF last year
Elena Dementieva (RUS) - 1-2 last year
Victoria Azarenka (BLR) - 2-1 last year
Last year's finalists, Serena and Venus are out injured but did qualify, while Safina and Kuznetsova from last year's eight failed to qualify this year. That leaves four open spots, filled by Zvonareva, Schiavone, Stosur, and Clijsters. The French Open finalists (Schiavone and Stosur) are making their championships debut.
