Wozniacki, Youzhny, and Garcia-Lopez are champions

Tokyo, Japan

Caroline Wozniacki def. Elena Dementieva 1-6, 6-2, 6-3. She defeated Greta Arn, Anastasia Pavlyuchenkova, Agnieszka Radwanska, Victoria Azarenka, and Dementieva to win her 5th title of 2010 and 11th of her young career.

Bangkok, Thailand

Guillermo Garcia-Lopez def. Jarkko Nieminen 6-4, 3-6, 6-4.  He defeated Michael Berrer, Florent Serra, Ernests Gulbis, Rafael Nadal, and Nieminen to win his first title of 2010 and 2nd of his career.

Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

Mikhail Youzhny def. Andrey Golubev 6-7(7), 6-2, 7-6(3).  He defeated Alexandr Dolgopolov, Marcos Baghdatis, Igor Andreev, and Golubev to win his second title of 2010 and 7th of his career.

Wozniacki is on fire, Youzhny should be feared during the fall swing, Golubev has shown he could be a player in the coming years, and Garcia-Lopez is also on the rise.  These were fairly loaded ATP 250 tournaments.
